CELLAR HANDS, WEIGHBRIDGE ASSISTANTS
& LAB ASSISTANTS | HANWOOD, NSW
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Involved in all cellar operations, winemaking and machinery operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience within a winery, confined space entry permit & forklift license would be an advantage. Successful applicants must be available to work 12hr shifts, weekends & must be available for the entire vintage period from January to April 2024. Be physically able to perform manual handling duties, reliable & able to work in a team environment.

MAINTENANCE FITTER
GRIFFITH, NSW
Calabria Family Wines currently have a great opportunity for a full time Maintenance Fitter to join our team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CAN INCLUDE:
-
Carry out maintenance of winery equipment, services and buildings to a high standard.
-
Collaborating with winery staff to identify maintenance needs and prioritise tasks.
-
Carry out bottling and cask line maintenance as required.
-
Follow maintenance schedules to perform preventative maintenance tasks.
-
Ensure legislative compliance including WHS and procedures are followed, and permits are used when required.
-
Ensure all BRC and food safety policies and procedures are followed including post hygiene checks following maintenance work.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Knowledge of Bottling Machinery or Cellar Machinery is desirable but not essential (On the job training will be provided).

Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings, floor plans, safety manuals, WHS, operating and maintenance instructions.
-
Ability to work well within a team and autonomously when required.
-
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-
An ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
-
A trade qualification and/or equivalent applicable industry experience.
-
Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy loads.
-
Forklift License.

Must be available to do some shift work February to April (Vintage period) and overtime as required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CAN INCLUDE:

Design, develop, and implement electrical automation systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and specifications.

Electrical Maintenance and Troubleshooting.

Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control panels, and wiring diagrams.

Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other automation equipment.

Perform system integration, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical automation systems.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external contractors.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical automation technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
REQUIREMENTS:

Electrical License - Australian Certified

Qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Proven experience in electrical automation engineering.
