JUNIOR EXPORT COORDINATOR
FULL TIME | GRIFFITH, N.S.W
We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated junior Export Coordinator to join our team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain regular contact with importers/distributors
• Preparation of export documents
• Receipt and process all international orders including all documentation
• Assisting in export customer requirements
• Maintain customer accounts in EZY system
• Liaises with relevant freight forwarder, shipping company re dispatch of order
• Liaise with CFW logistics for all Orders.
• Gains regulatory approval for shipments and processes all commercial documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet required deadlines

Calabria Family Wine Group, one of Australia’s leading family wine organisations and producer of Australia’s top wine brands, to include McWilliam’s Wines, Calabria Family Wines & Deakin Estate are seeking motivated team members to join our team for the 2025 vintage season.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Involved in all cellar operations, winemaking and machinery operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience within a winery, confined space entry permit & forklift license would be an advantage. Successful applicants must be available to work 12hr shifts, weekends & must be available for the entire vintage period from January to April 2023. Be physically able to perform manual handling duties, reliable & able to work in a team environment.
