DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with winery cellar operations including wine blending, transfers, machinery operation and general cleaning to support wine production.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties. Previous winery experience is an advantage, as is holding a confined space entry permit or forklift licence. Successful candidates will need to be reliable, work well in a team, and be available for 12-hour shifts including weekends across the full vintage period from January to April 2026.

Calabria Family Wine Group is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop their career in reception and administration.

As the first point of contact for our business, you will help create a friendly and welcoming experience for our visitors, customers and employees.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person
• Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls
• Monitoring general emails and passing enquiries to the correct department
• Receiving and distributing mail, deliveries and couriers
•Keeping the reception area and meeting rooms tidy
•Assisting with filing, scanning, photocopying and data entry
• Ordering stationery and office supplies
• Providing general support across the business when required

This position involves grape sampling and testing, pest and disease monitoring. Applicants will be required to drive to vineyards, locate blocks, collect wine grape samples and identify any pests or disease present. The applicant will have to work outdoors during summer and work alone at times. Weekend work may be required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Drivers license, be able to read maps, work independently, computer skills, good numeric skills and basic excel skills are advantageous.
