KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across your territory Bellarine Peninsula, Geelong, Ballarat, Western suburbs and this would include and an established customer base and multi store groups.
• Drive sales and increase distribution across both on- and off-premise accounts
• Execute promotional and trade programs in line with national and state campaigns
• Collaborate with our sales, marketing, and finance teams for the best outcomes
• Share insights and feedback on market trends to help shape future strategy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven territory management experience in wine, liquor or FMCG
• A history of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and customer-first mindset
• Solid network within the liquor retailing space

We are seeking experienced Full-Time and Casual Cellar Hands to join our team at Hanwood. These roles will involve a variety of winery operations, offering hands-on experience in wine production while working in a supportive and dynamic environment

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cellar Hands will be involved in all cellar operations, including pre-bottling preparation, wine blending, transfers, Sterilise and sanitise of wine tanks, operation of equipment and general winery duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of cellar experience
• A good level of physical fitness to handle manual tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent work ethic, reliability, and integrity
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Full driver’s license
• A positive and committed attitude
• Comply with WHS & BRC Practices

• Confined Space Certificate & Forklift Licence
