JUNIOR MARKETING ASSISTANT

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to join our innovative team. If you’re passionate about marketing and eager to learn, this is the perfect opportunity to start or grow your career!

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  1. Manage marketing assets & databases across all digital platforms (internal and external)

  2. Assist with events, sample & trade kits, merchandise and promotional activities

  3. Support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks

  4. General marketing & administrative support

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  1. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in marketing and brand building

  2. Strong computer skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a bonus, but not essential

  3. Excellent attention to detail & ability to multitask

  4. Highly organized with effective time management to keep projects on track

  5. Previous marketing experience or placement is a bonus, but not essential

LAB ASSISTANTS
HANWOOD, N.S.W

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out wine and juice analysis, record results accurately, and support the winemaking team with quality control tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced winery lab environment. Previous laboratory or winery experience is an advantage, along with attention to detail and accuracy in recording results. Successful candidates will need to be reliable, able to work in a team, and available for 12-hour shifts including weekends across the full vintage period from January to April 2026. 

A vintage bonus is available for skilled and returning staff.

2026 VINTAGE WINEMAKER

HANWOOD, N.S.W

We’re looking for an experienced Vintage Winemaker to join our team for the 2026 harvest, available from January to April 2026. 

The role covers all stages of winemaking, from fruit receival and fermentation to wine assessment and finishing, working with a team committed to producing wines of quality and character.

 

Applicants should have several vintages of experience, strong technical skills, and a genuine passion for winemaking.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all winemaking activities during harvest, including fruit receival, crushing, fermentation, pressing.
• Monitor fermentations, additions, and general wine development to achieve desired wine styles.
• Ensure wine quality and consistency meet the standards set by the winery and the Chief Winemaker.
• Maintain accurate winemaking and production records.
• Participate in tastings and decision-making on ferments.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and positive team culture.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all winemaking and cellar areas.
• Report and respond promptly to any incidents, hazards, or equipment faults.
• Liaise closely with vineyard, cellar, and laboratory teams throughout the vintage period.
• Communicate daily production progress, challenges, and outcomes to the Chief Winemaker.
• Ensure legislative compliance including WHS and procedures are followed.
• Ensure all BRC and food safety policies and procedures are followed including post hygiene checks following maintenance work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Oenology and minimum 3-5 vintages of practical winemaking experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of quality control principles and practices in relation to wine production
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency throughout all core technical processes from fruit assessment through to blending.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate a successful background in production/winemaking within a medium or large 
scale winery operation and a proven ability to manage professional relationships
• Ability to work shifts and weekends where necessary

 

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Strong computer skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Ezy Wine (preferable)
• Forklift licence
