PAYROLL & FINANCE OFFICER
GRIFFITH, NSW | FULL-TIME
Calabria Family Wine Group is currently seeking a Payroll and Finance Officer to join our finance team to support payroll processing and finance administration within a busy winery environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Processing weekly payroll
• Maintaining payroll records and employee data
• Ensuring payroll compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
• Managing employee payroll queries and resolving discrepancies
• Processing superannuation and assisting with payroll reporting requirements
• Assisting with payroll tax, reporting and reconciliations
• Assisting with Fringe Benefits Tax compliance including administration of the motor vehicle fleet.
• Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Assisting with bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Providing general finance and administration support to the finance team
REQUIREMENTS
• Previous experience in payroll, finance or accounts administration
• Knowledge of payroll systems
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Strong organisational and time management skills
Experience within the wine, manufacturing or agricultural industry will be highly regarded.

HR & PAYROLL ASSISTANT

We are looking for a motivated and organised HR and Payroll Assistant to join our team and support our people across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and wants to build their experience in both Human Resources and Payroll.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the HR and Payroll Assistant, you will provide day to day administrative support to the HR Manager and Finance Team. You will help ensure our employee records, payroll processes and HR documentation are accurate and up to date.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with weekly payroll processing and payroll administration
• Maintain employee records and HR files
• Assist with onboarding and employment documentation
• Prepare letters, contracts and HR correspondence
• Support recruitment administration and interview coordination
• Assist with timesheet collection and payroll queries
• Maintain HR systems and databases
• Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager
REQUIREMENTS

ACCOUNTANT
GRIFFITH, NSW | FULL-TIME
Calabria Family Wine Group is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our finance team. This role will support the financial operations of a dynamic and growing winery business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
• General ledger management and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Preparation and lodgement of BAS and other statutory requirements
• Assistance with tax compliance for the group
• Monitoring financial performance and reporting on variances
• Assisting with cost analysis across winery and production operations
• Supporting year end audit processes and financial compliance
• Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting systems
• Working closely with management to support financial decision making
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• CPA or CA qualification, or a willingness to complete in the medium term
• Previous experience in an accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the wine or manufacturing industry would be highly regarded as will familiarity knowledge of EZY Systems or similar ERP platform.

Calabria Family Wines currently have an opportunity for a Casual Cellar Door Assistant at their Barossa Valley cellar door to work primarily weekend shifts.
