We are seeking experienced Full-Time and Casual Cellar Hands to join our team at Hanwood. These roles will involve a variety of winery operations, offering hands-on experience in wine production while working in a supportive and dynamic environment

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cellar Hands will be involved in all cellar operations, including pre-bottling preparation, wine blending, transfers, Sterilise and sanitise of wine tanks, operation of equipment and general winery duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of cellar experience
• A good level of physical fitness to handle manual tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent work ethic, reliability, and integrity
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Full driver’s license
• A positive and committed attitude
• Comply with WHS & BRC Practices

PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:

• Confined Space Certificate & Forklift Licence
• Qualification in Cellar Operations or a related field
• Experience with diverse winery equipment

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Confidently operate a Forklift
• Forklift loading & unloading
• Stock transfers
• Picking orders & checking deliveries
• Manual handling
• Assist with keeping the warehouse clean and tidy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid forklift License
• Experience in operating high reach forklifts is desired but not essential
• Experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or similar environment
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
• Physically fit
• Comply with WHS & HACCP

Calabria Family Wine Group are currently seeking a full-time export coordinator to join their team!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain regular contact with importers/distributors 
• Preparation of export documents
• Receipt and process all international orders including all documentation
• Assisting in export customer requirements
• Maintain customer accounts in EZY system
• Liaises with relevant freight forwarder, shipping company regarding dispatch of order
• Liaise with CFW logistics for all orders 
• Gains regulatory approval for shipments & processes all commercial documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet required deadlines.
